Cypress Skilled Nursing is Hiring a Rn Unit Manager Near Cumming, GA

Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Full-time RN Unit Manager. Must be licensed RN in good standing. The Unit Manager will manage all aspects, including supervision of the clinical team and coordination of ancillary services.

Hours Available: Full- time and Part-time: 

Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to -7:00pm With potentially one day during the week

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all unit staff provides quality delivery of care and a high level of customer service to all residents, visitors, peers and vendors.
  • Provides RN/LPN level treatments. Assists with new admissions.
  • Makes routine rounds, assesses residents’ needs and changes in status.
  • Reviews and investigates incident reports.
  • Engages with resident families to address concerns and issues.
  • Provides mentoring, guidance, and teaches staff as necessary.
